Lifestyle Exercise Consulting: our aim is to work with people who are looking to experience the wide range of benefits of the most powerful medicine available: exercise medicine. If exercise is the most powerful medicine, what is the appropriate prescription? Not all forms of exercise are created equal. Similar to how taking too little or too much of a medication can be problematic, the same goes for exercise. We can help you eliminate the guesswork to create a safe and effective exercise routine to ensure that you're getting your recommended dose of exercise medicine.
