All InReach clients start with a 45-minute initial assessment with the therapist to share their previous history and goals. Exercise programs prescribed are included in the appointment fee.
We will continue to work with you after the appointment through phone, email or text communication. We will request a follow-up appointment if further assessment or significant exercise program changes are needed
Will my Extended Insurance reimburse me?
Yes! The majority of extended health benefits plans such as SunLife, Pacific Blue Cross, Great West Life and Manulife, cover our services and we can direct bill them on your behalf.

How does the appointment go?
First, we send you a link to join the teleconference call on computer, tablet or phone. Then, we start with a 'subjective assessment', in which the Physiotherapist will ask you a series of questions designed to discover what they need to know about your injury.
Next, the Physio will have you perform certain movements and tests to rule in or rule out a possible cause.
Once determined, we will review strategies such as exercises to manage your complaints and get you feeling better ASAP.
What do I require for a call?
A webcam and computer with a microphone is best. Our system allows us to personalize your appointment to the equipment (PC, Mac, Tablet, Smartphone) and bandwidth that you have.
We have multiple options and will work together until any technological issues are resolved.
