

Occupational Therapy
People who have trouble participating in daily activities benefit from Occupational Therapy. These activities include self care, leisure, education, home management, volunteering and work. You may have difficulty participating due to illness or disability, or due to the social, institutional or physical environment.
After a thorough assessment of your history and goals, our OT, Trent, will evaluate your occupational and functional abilities. This includes your ability to choose, organize, and effectively and safely perform everyday activities in self-care, home management, recreation and work.
A treatment plan is establish which will include strategies and techniques to allow you to complete these activities in a safe and efficient manner through education/training, aids and environment modifications.

Trent Sanders
Trent has a strong interest in mental health, and seeks to incorporate it into all his work with clients. He believes that helping clients reconnect with activities that are meaningful and valued is the most important service that occupational therapy can provide
