InReach Online Physio is very proud to introduce the InReach Education Series - an opportunity for our Physiotherapists to educate our community on topics of their own specialization and interest.
These free education sessions will be hosted through Zoom (www.zoom.us) so you can attend the session anywhere from a computer, tablet, smartphone or even call-in (audio only) by telephone. We ask guests to RSVP to inreachphysio@gmail.com and we will provide the Zoom meeting URL link in response. All sessions have a maximum of 100 guests.
On November 30th, 2020 at 6:15pm, Patrick Chiu will be leading "Understanding Your Pain". This will be an in-depth review of the research of pain science and various strategies to manage your pain. All pain is real. For many people it is a debilitating part of everyday life. It is now known that understanding more about why things hurt can actually help people to overcome their pain.
